Introduction

Welcome to Isazeni Solutions SMC Limited! This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in key ICT and digital skills. By the end of the two months, you are expected to be well conversant with the following areas:

Learning Objectives & Key Skills

1. Computer Networking

1. • Understanding network components (routers, switches, cables).
   • Setting up LAN & Wi-Fi networks.
   • Basic troubleshooting of network issues.

2. Branding and Graphics Design

1. • Introduction to design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
   • Creating business logos, flyers, and social media posts.
   • Understanding branding concepts and color psychology.

3. Data Analysis and System Design

1. • Basics of data collection and processing.
   • Using Excel for data analysis.
   • Introduction to system design concepts and documentation.

4. Troubleshooting Hardware and Software Issues

1. • Diagnosing and fixing common computer problems.
   • Installing and updating software.
   • Managing system performance and security.

5. WordPress Website Updates and Editing

1. • Logging into WordPress and understanding the dashboard.
   • Updating website content, images, and plugins.
   • Basic website troubleshooting and optimization.

6. Projector and Printer Setup & Maintenance

1. • Setting up projectors for presentations.
   • Installing and configuring printers.

At the end of the internship, a brief assessment will be conducted to evaluate your skills. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate recognizing your training at Isazeni Solutions.
